SANTA ROSA JUNIOR COLLEGE - CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT
SENIORS: Please see your counselor regarding the SRJC Jump Start Program
CURRENT STUDENTS: Follow the steps below to register for a course at SRJC.
1. Identify a SRJC course that you would like to take; consult the schedule of courses.
2. Fill out a Santa Rosa Junior College application.
3. Complete an SRJC High School Concurrent Enrollment Request Form. Check with your counselor to make sure that the course you've requested in appropriate.
4. Take a placement test if required in order to qualify for the course you would like to take.
5. Bring completed SRJC High School Concurrent Enrollment Request Form and placement test information (if applicable) to your counselor (1st) and Principal/Assistant Principal (2nd) signatures.
6. Turn in completed form to the SRJC Admissions & Records Office at the Petaluma or Santa Rosa campus.

3. Complete a College Credit Program card and check with your counselor to make sure that the course you've selected is appropriate.
4. Take a Placement Test if required in order to qualify for the course you would like to take.
5. Bring completed COM College Credit Program form and placement test information (if applicable) to your counselor (1st) and Principal/Assistant Principal (2nd) signatures.
